Aims and objectives of the Mind Therapy Society

To provide therapies using a holistic and spiritual approach. These therapies will be for the treatment of anxiety and its associated effects and symptoms. Our aim is to make these therapies accessible and either affordable or free. These associated effects and symptoms take the form of psychological and emotional problems. The most common ones being anxiety, fears, phobias, stress and panic attacks. There are of course other effects and symptoms of anxiety that one could experience.

We also seek to provide education about anxiety and its associated effects and symptoms to help provide you with a means to overcome it.

Free Self Help Book ...

We have a free self help book called Therapy for your Mind. This self help guide is designed to progressively reduce the effects of anxiety, stress and the symptoms of the complete range of emotional and psychological problems which humanity suffers from today.  The self help book comes with free audio support.  To get a free pdf copy of this book you just need to subscribe to our newsletter.

Newsletter

The aim of our newsletter is to provide you with inspiration, tips and information to keep you motivated whilst helping your ongoing recovery from your particular symptom or problem. We do this in a holistic way.  

We currently endorse the following therapies: Counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, journaling and meditation. Either individually or part of a program.

In keeping with our aim of making these therapies accessible and either affordable or free, our newsletter (and the e-book) is free. However, if you can afford to and would like to, you can support our work by selecting one of the paid options.
